The posting

  • In samenspraak met de verkoopcollega’s en je aankoopverantwoordelijke beheer je de aankoop van een aan jou toegewezen assortiment artikelen (zowel eigen merken als private labels van onze klanten).
  • Je werkt nieuwe producten verder uit en doet de opvolging van bij de ontwikkeling tot aan de finale productie en uiteindelijke levering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze leveranciers, sales, designer, kwaliteitsverantwoordelijke en onze klanten bij het opstellen van een nieuwe collectie.
  • Je verzorgt de aan je werk gelinkte administratie (artikels aanmaken, bestellingen plaatsen, leveringen opvolgen,…) met de hulp van ons ERP-systeem (SAP).
  • Je geeft mee vorm aan de branding en het commercialiseren van ons merk en geeft input voor onze website en B2B-shop.
  • Je houdt de showroom up-to-date ifv de productlevenscyclus.
  • Je assisteert de collega’s op de aankoop – en verkoopafdeling waar nodig (creëren van artikelen, bestellingen, verkooporders, offertes, datacontrole website en shop, aanvullen klantenportals,…)
  • Je hebt een sleutelrol binnen de organisatie en het aankoopteam.
  • Je bent communicatief en denkt proactief mee met de organisatie.
  • Je kan structuur brengen binnen een veelheid van gegevens en impulsen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig maar bent tegelijk een teamspeler die collega’s informeert waar nodig.
  • Je kan overweg met een niet-strikt afgelijnd takenpakket.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en efficiënt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
  • Je schrikt niet terug van een goeie portie administratie.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met Excel en de overige programma’s uit het Office-pakket.
