Je beoordeelt dagelijks of klanten een passende verzekeringsoplossing kunnen krijgen en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige, onderbouwde en klantgerichte afhandeling. Jouw werk als Medewerker Acceptatie & Polisbeheer Schade Particulier bij Achmea in Tilburg In deze functie combineer je inhoudelijke vakkennis met persoonlijk contact. Je voert gesprekken met klanten over hun verzekeringsaanvraag en beoordeelt dossiers op basis van data. Hierbij signaleer je afwijkingen of bijzonderheden en houd je altijd het klantbelang en de geldende richtlijnen scherp in de gaten. Geen dag is hetzelfde terwijl je schakelt tussen dossierbehandeling en het maken van afgewogen acceptatiebesluiten. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met het maken van acceptatiebesluiten op basis van data en het voeren van telefonische gesprekken met klanten. Je bouwt en beheert klantdossiers op een nauwkeurige wijze en signaleert risico's of relevante signalen waar je passend op handelt. Daarnaast denk je actief mee over verbeteringen die bijdragen aan meer klantwaarde en een optimale klantbeleving. Praktische zaken We zoeken iemand voor lange termijn en voor 34 uur per week. Deze uren kan je in 4 of 5 dagen verdelen. Je wordt opgeleid in Apeldoorn, Tilburg of Leeuwarden en gaat daarna op de locatie het dichtst bij jou aan de slag. Als de opleidingsperiode op een andere locatie plaatsvindt zijn er ook mogelijkheden om in een hotel te slapen.
