Westgaarde is meer dan een crematorium en begraafplaats. Het is een eigentijds herdenkingspark waar rust, natuur en gastvrijheid samenkomen.

Voor het Herdenkingspark Westgaarde zijn wij op zoek naar twee collega's in de functie van

Medewerker Administratie (24 uur) De administratie betreft de begraafplaatsen van Vredenhof, Westgaarde en Sloten plus het crematorium van Westgaarde. Samen met je collega zorg je voor een bezetting van de werkweek van maandag tot en met vrijdag en werk je om de week op zaterdag. Jij en je collega staan gemiddeld 3 dagen per week op het rooster. Werktijden zijn tijdens kantooruren.

Wat ga je doen?

De administratie van Herdenkingspark Westgaarde betreft zowel het crematorium als de begraafplaats. Het is een spilfunctie voor de locatie, waarbij je veel afwisselende taken en contacten hebt. Je werkt samen met alle disciplines van het crematorium en de begraafplaats, klanten, ondernemers en leveranciers. Je werkplek is op het herdenkingspark, op het kantoor van onze begraafplaats.

Taken die je o.a. gaat doen zijn:

- contact met ondernemers en leveranciers

- voorbereiding dagplanning crematorium/begraafplaats; bespreken mogelijkheden met ondernemers en eigen uitvaartleiders (maatwerk etc.)

- administratie van de begraafplaats en crematorium. Dit betreft o.a.:administratie m.b.t. as-bestemming
