Wat ga je doen? Ben jij nauwkeurig, cijfermatig ingesteld en klaar om pensioenadministratie naar een hoger niveau te tillen? Als medewerker administratie bij TKP in Groningen ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van meerdere pensioenfondsen. Je ondersteunt het backoffice team en zorgt dat alle administratieve processen soepel en correct verlopen. Je verwerkt mutaties in de pensioenadministratie, bijvoorbeeld bij deelnemers die gaan trouwen, eerder met pensioen gaan of een salarisaanpassing krijgen. Daarbij voer je berekeningen uit, stel je brieven op om deelnemers te informeren en bewaak je de kwaliteit van je eigen werk en dat van je collega's. Wie ben jij? Jij neemt het hele proces onder je hoede en weet flexibel en nauwkeurig te werken. Cijfermatige vraagstukken zijn voor jou geen probleem, en je kunt goed feedback geven én ontvangen. Om je vaardigheden te toetsen, kan het zijn dat je een rekentest maakt. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat alles soepel blijft verlopen en ondersteun je de afdelingen waar nodig. Jouw werkweek en locatie Je werkt minimaal 32 uur per week, met de mogelijkheid om extra uren te maken. Het kantoor is gevestigd in Groningen en je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag tijdens standaard kantoortijden. Na een korte training van 2-3 weken word je on the job ingewerkt en krijg je een eigen buddy. Na de inwerkperiode werk je hybride: ongeveer 60% thuis en 40% op kantoor, met flexibiliteit om vaker op kantoor aanwezig te zijn als je dat wilt.
