The Rights Forum | 24 uur per week | Amsterdam | reageren vóór 16 oktober 2026 The Rights Forum is een kennis- en beleidsorganisatie die zich inzet voor een rechtvaardig Nederlands en Europees beleid ten aanzien van Palestina en Israël, gebaseerd op internationaal recht en mensenrechten. We doen onderzoek, informeren politiek en publiek, en voeren campagnes en rechtszaken die mensenrechten centraal stellen. Om onze organisatie verder te versterken zoeken wij een junior medewerker administratie die zorgt dat onze interne processen soepel verlopen en bijdraagt aan een goed georganiseerde, gastvrije en betrokken organisatie. Werkzaamheden Je werkt nauw samen met onze financieel medewerker, de directeur en het communicatieteam. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende administratieve, facilitaire en communicatieve taken, waaronder: - Ondersteunen van de financiële administratie (facturen, betalingen, declaraties); - Beheren van de donateursadministratie (registratie, controles, rapportages); - Maken van en bijdragen aan financiële rapportages; - Onderhouden van contact met donateurs per mail en telefoon (vragen, bedankjes, mutaties); - Ondersteunen van campagnes (verzending van campagnemateriaal, mailinglijsten, evenementenlogistiek); - Ondersteunen van office management en facilitaire zaken (bestellingen, kantoorbeheer, vergaderingen; ICT); - Meedenken over verbetering van administratieve processen en het versterken van onze organisatie. Wat wij vragen - HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Nauwkeurig, betrouwbaar en goed georganiseerd; - Een flexibele instelling en stressbestendigheid; - Basiskennis van financiële administratie en Excel (ervaring met Accountview of vergelijkbaar pakket is een pré); - Goede schriftelijke en mondelinge beheersing van het Nederlands; - Een vriendelijke, dienstverlenende houding in contact met collega's en donateurs; - Affiniteit met het werk en de missie van The Rights Forum; - Zelfstandig kunnen werken in een klein tea...
