Voor versterking van ons team zoeken wij een Medewerker Administratie voor 24 tot 32 uur per week. In deze veelzijdige functie houd je je bezig met diverse administratieve werkzaamheden en ondersteun je daarnaast je collega's waar nodig. Wat ga je doen? - Opstellen van offertes in Teamleader ; - Verwerken en controleren van inkoop- en verkoopfacturen; - Bijhouden en controleren van de administratie in Exact Online ; - Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve werkzaamheden; - Ondersteunen van collega's. Wie zoeken wij? - nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werkt; - zelfstandig werkzaamheden kan uitvoeren; - goed overzicht kan houden; - administratief sterk is; - zorgvuldig omgaat met financiële gegevens.
