Jouw werkzaamheden Als Medewerker Administratief binnen het Adminteam Acceptatie zorg je ervoor dat administratieve verzoeken van klanten en tussenpersonen goed en efficiënt worden verwerkt. Deze verzoeken komen onder andere binnen via e-mail en de digitale klantomgeving MijnMovir. Je houdt overzicht over je eigen werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat verzoeken zorgvuldig en binnen de afgesproken termijn worden afgehandeld. Hoewel je zelfstandig werkt, sta je er niet alleen voor. Je stemt regelmatig af met collega's en werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie, waaronder Re-integratie, Medische Acceptatie en Accountmanagement. Met jouw nauwkeurige en klantgerichte aanpak draag je bij aan een goede dienstverlening en een prettige klantbeleving. De werkomgeving Je gaat aan de slag bij Nationale-Nederlanden in een hybride werkomgeving. Je werkt een deel van de tijd vanuit huis en een deel op kantoor in Nieuwegein. Binnen het Adminteam Acceptatie werk je samen met betrokken collega's en is er volop ruimte om kennis en ervaringen met elkaar te delen. Het kantoor ligt op een prettige locatie, vlak bij een park en een groot winkelcentrum. Ook is er een eigen restaurant met een ruim terras, waar je tijdens je pauze terechtkunt voor lunch of om even te ontspannen.
