Jouw uitdaging

Ter ondersteuning van onze werven sta je in voor een gevarieerd takenpakket met zowel administratieve als organisatorische verantwoordelijkheden.

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de werven:Je ondersteunt project- en werfleiders zodat zij zich volledig kunnen richten op de organisatie en voortgang op de werf. Je controleert dagelijks de aanwezigheid van onderaannemers via ons registratiesysteem. Je volgt contracten, RSZ-gegevens en andere verplichte documenten van onderaannemers nauwkeurig op. Je voert ongeveer één keer per maand een fysieke check-in uit op onze werven. Je regelt alle niet-technische administratie bij de opstart en de oplevering van een werf. Je helpt mee met de organisatie van werfevenementen (zoals meivieringen en werfbezoeken).
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de dienst SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment & Quality):Je helpt mee met de organisatie van veiligheidsopleidingen en de jaarlijkse Veiligheidsdag (agenda's inplannen, catering regelen, aanwezigheden en evaluaties opvolgen). Je beheert de administratie rondom de aanvragen voor werkkledij.
  • Allround administratie & onthaal:Als flexibel lid van ons administratief team verzorg je naast bovenstaande taken ook 2 dagen per week het onthaal. Je bent het visitekaartje voor bezoekers, beheert de telefooncentrale en verwerkt de post en algemene correspondentie. Je houdt de voorraad van het bureaumateriaal, koffie, ... bij en plaatst tijdig nieuwe bestellingen.

Jouw troeven

  • Je hebt minimum een 3tal jaar ervaring binnen een administratieve functie.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent organisatorisch sterk en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent klantgericht en een echte teamspeler.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, motiverend en oplossingsgericht. Je bent assertief, je durft doorvragen.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken focus op kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met de courante MS Office toepassingen zoals Excel, Outlook, ...
  • Je hebt een basiskennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om je ongeveer één keer per maand te verplaatsen naar onze bouwwerven om ter plaatse de nodige ondersteuning te verlenen aan het werfteam.
