En ben je iemand die verbeteringen niet alleen bedenkt, maar ook daadwerkelijk doorvoert? Dan zoeken wij jou. Bij Vitrona zijn we continu bezig om onze organisatie verder te verbeteren. We groeien, systemen ontwikkelen zich en werkzaamheden kunnen steeds slimmer worden ingericht. Daarom zoeken we iemand die met een frisse blik naar onze processen kijkt én midden in de organisatie staat. In deze functie combineer je procesverbetering, administratie en automatisering . Je onderzoekt hoe we werken, ontdekt waar kansen liggen en vertaalt die naar praktische oplossingen waar je collega's daadwerkelijk iets aan hebben. Processen slimmer maken Je kijkt kritisch naar onze huidige werkprocessen en klantreis. Je onderzoekt waar vertraging, dubbel werk of onduidelijkheid ontstaat en komt vervolgens met een praktische oplossing. Systemen beter benutten We zoeken iemand die enthousiast wordt van slimme systemen en automatisering. Je hoeft niet overal al expert in te zijn. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, snel begrijpt hoe systemen werken en het leuk vindt om steeds nieuwe mogelijkheden te ontdekken. Overzicht en opvolging Naast het verbeteren van processen ben je zelf actief betrokken bij onze dagelijkse administratie. Je houdt verschillende werkzaamheden bij en zorgt ervoor dat zaken netjes en op tijd worden afgerond. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Urenregistraties controleren en verwerken - Facturatie voorbereiden en opvolgen - Prijslijsten bijhouden - Projecten administratief afronden - Gegevens controleren en verwerken - Overzichten maken en actueel houden - Collega's ondersteunen bij administratieve werkzaamheden Hierdoor leer je onze organisatie van binnenuit kennen en zie je vanzelf waar werkzaamheden slimmer kunnen.
