Voor IKC Het Duet en KC De Kwikstaart in Uithoorn zoeken wij een Medewerker Administratief & Secretarieel C die de directie ondersteunt en een onmisbare schakel vormt binnen de dagelijkse organisatie van beide scholen. Functie Als medewerker Administratief & Secretarieel C ondersteun je de directie van beide scholen bij uiteenlopende administratieve, organisatorische, secretariële en communicatieve werkzaamheden. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen en dat collega's, ouders en externe contacten snel en prettig worden geholpen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - beheren van agenda's en plannen van afspraken - organiseren van kennismakingsgesprekken tussen nieuwe ouders en de directie - verzorgen van correspondentie en administratieve ondersteuning - verwerken en administratief afhandelen van facturen - ondersteunen bij personele, organisatorische en schoolbrede processen - verwerken en beheren van leerling- en organisatiedata in ParnasSys - werken met Microsoft 365, waaronder Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel en SharePoint - ondersteunen bij bijeenkomsten, vergaderingen en evenementen - bewaken van afspraken, acties en administratieve deadlines Dankzij jouw overzicht en nauwkeurigheid kunnen directie en teams zich richten op waar het uiteindelijk om draait: goed onderwijs voor onze leerlingen.
