Wil jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het doorbreken van de cirkel van geweld in afhankelijkheidsrelaties, bijvoorbeeld bij huiselijk geweld of kindermishandeling? Als Medewerker Advies en Meldingen Team neem je meldingen aan, analyseer je risico's en bied je advies en ondersteuning aan inwoners en professionals om te werken aan een veilige thuissituatie. Wat ga je doen? Dagelijks voer je gesprekken met professionals en inwoners over onveilige (thuis)situaties. Je geeft hierover telefonisch, schriftelijk of fysiek advies en maakt daarbij wanneer nodig een melding over de situatie. Is er sprake van een melding? Dan beoordeel jij deze op urgentie en risico's. Op basis van een veiligheidstaxatie breng je samen met je collega's de veiligheidsrisico's in kaart en zorg je voor een grondige veiligheidsbeoordeling. Wanneer de situatie er om vraagt, zet je in samenwerking met ketenpartners vervolgstappen uit die passen bij de aard en het risico van het geweld. Natuurlijk zorg je er ook voor dat de dossiervorming op orde blijft! Je wordt hierbij multidisciplinair ondersteunt door bijvoorbeeld Gedragswetenschappers en een team van medische deskundigen. Daarnaast signaleer je binnen Veilig Thuis, samen met je collega's, mogelijkheden voor procesverbetering van protocollen, procedures en de dienstverlening. Veilig Thuis heeft de wettelijke taak om 24 uur per dag, 7 dagen per week bereikbaar te zijn. Om de continuïteit van dienstverlening te waarborgen, draaien collega's van Veilig Thuis beschikbaarheidsdiensten buiten reguliere kantoortijden (conform artikel 3.13 cao SGO). Momenteel wordt onderzocht of deelname aan deze beschikbaarheidsdiensten in de toekomst een verplicht onderdeel van de functie Medewerker Advies & Meldingen T...
