Een collega die dankzij jouw tip een lastig gesprek beter voert: daar doe je het voor. Als medewerker advisering help je klantcontactprofessionals om hun vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je kijkt mee, ontdekt verbeterkansen en geeft feedback waarmee zij direct verder kunnen.

Je speelt een belangrijke rol in coaching- en opleidingstrajecten. Wat medewerkers leren, help jij te vertalen naar hun dagelijkse werk. Ook voer je zelf klantgesprekken. Zo weet je wat er speelt en sluit jouw begeleiding aan op de praktijk.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je voert kwaliteitsmetingen uit en volgt de prestaties van medewerkers. • Je vertaalt kwaliteitsresultaten, risico's en verbeterpunten naar concrete acties. • Je coacht collega's op de werkvloer en geeft direct bruikbare feedback. • Je helpt medewerkers om trainingen en leerdoelen toe te passen in klantgesprekken. • Je voert zelf klantgesprekken en ondersteunt bij complexe of lastige gesprekken. • Je herkent terugkerende knelpunten en volgt het effect van verbeteracties. • Je geeft het goede voorbeeld in houding, gedrag en klantgerichtheid.

Je werkt 32 tot 36 uur per week. Je start op 1 november 2026 en werkt tot uiterlijk 1 april 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij herkent talent en ziet waar iemand nog kan groeien. Met jouw motiverende aanpak moedig je collega's aan om die volgende stap te zetten. Je maakt verbeterpunten bespreekbaar en geeft duidelijke feedback. Daarbij houd je oog voor de medewerker én de klant.

Verder heb je:

• Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau. • Een relevante coachingopleiding.
