V-20069549 - 's-Gravenhage - Ruimtelijk Domein - HBO - Detachering via YER - Centraal Orgaan opvang asielzoekers (COA) De positie Voor het COA zijn wij op zoek naar een medewerker Leadsbureau voor 36 uur per week. Het COA heeft te maken met een aanhoudende (en deels veranderende) behoefte aan opvangcapaciteit. Dit vertaalt zich in een concrete opdracht voor het realiseren van nieuwe locaties. Potentiële nieuwe locaties worden door het Leadsbureau eerst op papier geschouwd en vervolgens in een fysieke schouw in het veld getoetst door een projectregisseur op kans rijkheid. Indien de fysieke schouw positief is en het eerste gesprek bij de gemeente gevoerd, volgt een zorgvuldig proces om te bezien of er bestuurlijk draagvlak is bij de gemeente en of er binnen onze kaders overeenstemming bereikt kan worden met de eigenaar. De bestuurlijk vastgoedregisseurs zijn hierover in gesprek met gemeenten en vastgoedeigenaren. Goede en up to date sturingsinfomatie m.b.t. de invulling van de capaciteitsopdracht en daarmee de beschikbare opvangcapaciteit is voor onze bedrijfsvoering van essentieel belang. Het Leadsbureau vormt een belangrijke schakel in het genereren van deze informatie. Voor het Leadsbureau zijn wij op zoek naar een inhoudelijk en bouwkundig onderlegde project assistent (c.q. junior adviseur), om ondersteuning te bieden op het geven van invulling aan de werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het Leadsproces van potentiële nieuwe locaties en in samenwerking met de portefeuillemanager ervoor te zorgen dat er een up to date inzicht is in de ontwikkeling van de vastgoedportefeuille COA. De werkzaamheden met betrekking tot het Leadsproces voorzien onder andere in: - Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de voortgang en monitoring van het Leadsproces van Aanname Lead t/m Fysieke Schouw Lead; hierbij krijgt...
