Ga aan de slag als montagemedewerker en zorg ervoor dat houten kozijnen perfect worden afgewerkt. Je nieuwe baan Wat ga je allemaal doen? In de werkplaats werk je als montagemedewerker houten kozijnen iedere dag samen met enthousiaste collega’s aan kwalitatief hoogwaardige producten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de kozijnen volledig worden afgemonteerd, van glas worden voorzien en uiteindelijk transportklaar zijn. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Machinaal zagen en bewerken van profielen - Monteren van hang- en sluitwerk - Plaatsen van ramen en deuren in de kozijnen - Aanbrengen van rubbers en folies - Afmonteren en controleren van houten kozijnen - Beglazen en transportklaar maken van de kozijnen

Samenwerken is hier erg belangrijk. Binnen het afmontageteam werken jullie nauwkeurig en efficiënt aan het complete eindproduct. Van het monteren van het hang- en sluitwerk en het plaatsen van ramen en deuren tot het aanbrengen van rubbers en folies: jij zorgt er samen met je collega’s voor dat ieder kozijn netjes en compleet de werkplaats verlaat. Over het bedrijf Een korte introductie In deze timmerfabriek worden op een verantwoorde en duurzame manier houten kozijnen, HSB-elementen en prefab onderdelen geproduceerd. Als montagemedewerker werk je samen met enthousiaste en betrokken collega’s in een prettige werkomgeving, waar jouw ideeën en eigen inbreng écht worden gewaardeerd. Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren van het productieproces, zoekt samen met je collega’s naar slimme oplossingen en wordt betrokken bij zowel de planning als de uitvoering. Zo heb je niet alleen invloed op het eindresultaat, maar ook op de manier waarop het werk wordt gedaan.
