Wat ga je doen? Voor een opdrachtgever in de regio Aalten zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Aftersales. In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten wanneer er na een levering een vraag, klacht of probleem ontstaat. Jij onderzoekt wat er aan de hand is, zoekt naar een passende oplossing en zorgt ervoor dat deze ook wordt uitgevoerd.

Wat ga je doen?

- Je behandelt klantvragen en klachten via telefoon en e-mail. - Je beoordeelt klachten en zoekt uit wat er precies aan de hand is. - Je stemt oplossingen af met klanten en collega's. - Je coördineert retouren, reparaties, vervangingen en andere oplossingen. - Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt dat iedere klacht netjes wordt afgerond.

Je hebt hierbij contact met verschillende afdelingen binnen de organisatie. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de klant weet waar hij aan toe is.
