Wij zijn op zoek naar gepassioneerde MEDEWERKERS ALARMAFHANDELING (M/V) voor onze alarmcentrale in Bissegem (Kortrijk).

Jouw Rol: Als Medewerker Alarmafhandeling bij PRAxIS GROUP NV word je een cruciaal onderdeel van ons team van 17 toegewijde professionals. Samen zullen we de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor het telefonisch afhandelen van inbraak- en technische alarmen voor onze 22.000+ klanten. Bij ons is elke dag een kans om te leren, te groeien en een impact te maken in een stimulerende omgeving. Jouw mening is waardevol en zal altijd worden gewaardeerd. Geen ervaring? Geen zorgen! Wat zoeken wij in onze ideale kandidaat?

Kennis en Vaardigheden:

  • Taalvaardigheid: Je bent vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Frans. Jouw kennis van het Frans gaat verder dan het occasioneel gebruik in vrijetijdssituaties.
  • Opleiding: Je hebt minimaal een ASO/TSO-diploma. Het bezit van een BACHELOR-diploma of gelijkwaardige intellectuele bagage is een duidelijk voordeel.
  • Technische vaardigheden: Je bent bedreven in het gebruik van MICROSOFT Outlook, Excel en Word.
  • Communicatie: Je kunt jezelf helder en zakelijk uitdrukken, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

Discipline en Karakter:

  • Organisatie: Je werkt geordend en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Stressbestendigheid: In alarmsituaties blijf je kalm en handel je efficiënt.
  • Betrouwbaarheid: Je hebt een onberispelijke achtergrond, wat wordt bevestigd door een uittreksel uit het strafregister.
  • Professionaliteit: Beleefdheid en respect zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Flexibiliteit:

  • Werkuren: Je bent bereid om te werken in een volcontinu systeem, wat inhoudt dat je zowel dag- als nachtshifts draait. Dit omvat ook werken tijdens weekdagen, weekends (maximaal 26 weekends per jaar) en feestdagen. Je kunt rekenen op een planning die ruim op voorhand wordt aangeleverd, waarbij je gemiddeld 3-4 shifts per week werkt, wat resulteert in 3-4 vrije dagen per week.
