Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze kamers, publieke ruimtes en technische voorzieningen goed onderhouden, veilig en verzorgd zijn. Zo kunnen onze gasten iedere dag rekenen op een prettig en comfortabel verblijf. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden tot het controleren van installaties en het signaleren van mogelijke problemen. Je werkt zelfstandig, denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor detail. Wat ga je doen? - Je voert algemeen onderhoud en kleine reparaties uit in hotelkamers en publieke ruimtes. - Je signaleert storingen en technische gebreken en zorgt waar mogelijk voor een snelle oplossing. - Je voert preventieve controles uit om problemen en storingen zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen. - Je draagt bij aan een goede hygiëne en het voorkomen en beheersen van ongedierte. - Je houdt toezicht op en voert werkzaamheden uit rondom het legionellabeheer. - Je zorgt ervoor dat het hotel er technisch, veilig en verzorgd bij staat. - Je schakelt waar nodig externe partijen in voor specialistische werkzaamheden en begeleidt deze op locatie.
