Als Medewerker Arbeidsmarkt & Projecten werk je aan uiteenlopende werkzaamheden op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, werkgeversprofilering en projecten binnen het arbeidsmarktdomein. Je schakelt tussen communicatie, projectwerkzaamheden en verschillende vraagstukken die binnen het team spelen. Daarbij pak je werkzaamheden zelfstandig op, zoek je informatie uit en houd je overzicht over lopende acties en projecten. Je werkt praktisch en zorgvuldig en weet wanneer je zelf verder kunt en wanneer afstemming met een collega nodig is. De omgeving Je komt te werken binnen een team van de gemeente Oss dat zich bezighoudt met arbeidsmarktvraagstukken en verschillende initiatieven die bijdragen aan de positionering van de gemeente als werkgever. Je werkt nauw samen met de adviseurs binnen het team. Zij houden zich bezig met verschillende adviesvraagstukken en projecten. Omdat er dagelijks veel verschillende onderwerpen en acties naast elkaar lopen, is het belangrijk dat jij overzicht kunt aanbrengen en werkzaamheden zelfstandig verder kunt brengen. De werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend. Zo kun je de ene keer bezig zijn met het redigeren van vacatureteksten of het beantwoorden van vragen van mensen die interesse hebben in werken bij de gemeente Oss. Op een ander moment werk je mee aan werkgeversprofilering of zoek je informatie uit en pak je acties op binnen een project. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden - Herschrijven en redigeren van vacatureteksten, zodat deze aansluiten bij de arbeidsmarktstrategie van de gemeente Oss - Meewerken aan arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, werkgeversprofilering en de zichtbaarheid van de gemeente Oss als werkgever - Beheren van de gezamenlijke mailbox van de adviseurs en binnenkomende vragen zelfstand...
