- Medewerker Artikelbeheer, voorraad en inkoop Hou jij ervan als alles klopt? De juiste materialen op voorraad, de juiste gegevens in het systeem en inkopen tegen een goede prijs? Dan zoeken we jou. Bij Bimmerman werken we aan interieur- en afbouwprojecten. Achter de schermen moet daarom alles goed geregeld zijn. Op dit moment zijn artikelbeheer, voorraad en inkoop verdeeld over meerdere collega's. We brengen deze werkzaamheden samen in één nieuwe functie. Je bent ongeveer 50% bezig met artikelbeheer, 25% met voorraad en 25% met inkoop. Je bent vooral uitvoerend bezig: je ziet wat er moet gebeuren, pakt het zelfstandig op en zorgt dat het goed en op tijd geregeld wordt. Werkzaamheden Als Medewerker Artikelbeheer, Voorraad & Inkoop ben je een belangrijke schakel. Je zorgt ervoor dat onze artikelgegevens kloppen, onze voorraad op orde is en bestellingen goed worden geregeld. Daarbij schakel je met collega's van productie, werkvoorbereiding en magazijn én met onze leveranciers. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren en actueel houden van artikelgegevens; - Aanmaken, wijzigen en controleren van artikelen in onze systemen; - Bijhouden en controleren van prijzen en andere relevante gegevens; - Bewaken van voorraadniveaus en signaleren wanneer actie nodig is; - Plaatsen en verwerken van bestellingen; - Controleren van bestellingen, leveringen en facturen; - Onderhouden van contact met leveranciers; - Bewaken van gemaakte prijsafspraken en zorgen voor goede inkoopafspraken; - Signaleren en oplossen van afwijkingen in artikel-, voorraad- en prijsgegevens; - Meedenken over hoe we artikelbeheer, voorraad en inkoop slimmer en efficiënter kunnen organiseren. Je zit dus niet de hele dag achter je computer. Je weet wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt, hebt gevoel voor materialen en begrijpt hoe belangrijk het is dat de juiste spullen op het juiste moment beschikbaar zijn. Wie ben jij?
