Het betreft een fulltime functie met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling. Voor een prachtig, goedlopend bedrijf zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde assemblage medewerker. Voor de functie is ervaring geen vereiste. Ook zonder ben jij van harte welkom. Binnen het bedrijf heerst een prettige en informele werksfeer. Het team bestaat uit gezellige en gemotiveerde medewerkers. je kan doorgroeien en uiteindelijk als allround medewerker aan de slag kan. De werkzaamheden zijn niet moeilijk, maar het is wel belangrijk dat de werkzaamheden zorgvuldig en precies uitgevoerd worden. Je gaat leren hoe je met een machine te werk gaat; het in- en afstellen, maar ook hoe je tekeningen moet gaan lezen. Ook ga je leren zagen en word jou nog veel meer bijgeleerd. Aan het begin van je eerste periode word jij ingewerkt door een collega. Na een paar maanden zal je al deels zelfstandig te werk gaan en ook samen werken met andere collega's. Ervaring is dus niet van belang, zolang jij maar genoeg inzet en technisch inzicht hebt! Elke dag is anders en er is zeker genoeg uitdaging binnen deze baan! Functie eisen Wat zien wij graag van jou: • Je beschikt over technisch inzicht of wilt graag in de technische branche werken. • Je beschikt over een flexibele werkinstelling en hebt geen 9 tot 5 mentaliteit. • Je kan goed in een team samenwerken, maar ook zelfstandig. • Je gaat nauwkeurig en secuur te werk.
