The posting

Skylux is een familiebedrijf opgericht in 1954 met momenteel 280 medewerkers. Onder de noemer “Hello Daylight” worden verschillende producten ontwikkeld: schuine dakvensters, platdakvensters, veranda’s, terrasoverkappingen… Ter uitbreiding van onze koepelafdeling zijn we op zoek naar bijkomende productiemedewerkers voor de assemblage van kunststofkoepels in 2 ploegen.

Takenpakket?

In de koepelafdeling worden onze kunststofkoepels geproduceerd. Er worden koepels gemaakt in polycarbonaat en in acrylaat (helder en opaal).

Het proces start bij de thermoformage, waarna de koepels verder geassembleerd worden tot volledig afgewerkte producten: randen glad maken, rubbers invoegen, dopjes opdraaien… Er worden zowel vaste als opengaande koepels geproduceerd. Afhankelijk van wat besteld wordt door de klant, zorg je ook voor de toevoeging van deze systemen.

Daarna gaat de afgewerkte kunststofkoepel door de verpakkingsmachine, om zo volledig klaar voor verzending toegevoegd te worden in het magazijn.

Kunststofkoepels worden verkocht in verschillende afmetingen en vormen. Er zijn standaardafmetingen, en er wordt op maat van onze klant gewerkt.

De taken die je dient uit te voeren krijg je door via een digitaal systeem dat bedient wordt aan de hand van een tablet.

Al onze medewerkers worden polyvalent ingezet in deze verschillende posten, en ook over verschillende afdelingen heen. Indien het drukker wordt in een andere afdeling, vragen we jouw bereidheid om hier in te springen.
