Bij de Gemeente Amersfoort ligt een uitdagende tijdelijke opdracht tot begin 2027 (met optie op verlenging) voor een medewerker backoffice voor 20 tot 26 uur per week. Achter de schermen van de gemeentelijke belastingheffing draait alles om nauwkeurigheid. Binnen het team Invorderen - dat nauw samenwerkt met onder meer Gegevensbeheer en Bezwaar & Beroep - ben jij degene die zorgt dat het kwijtscheldingsproces soepel verloopt. Je verwerkt niet alleen individuele aanvragen van inwoners, maar draagt ook de zorg voor de digitale uitwisseling van bestanden met externe partners. Samen met een senior collega houd je de werkvoorraad op orde. Naast twee vaste kantoordagen op het stadhuis in Amersfoort kun je jouw uren flexibel thuis indelen. Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit? In deze backofficerol ben je dagelijks bezig met het doorgronden en toetsen van financiële klantsituaties. Je voert de nodige berekeningen uit op basis van de geldende richtlijnen en zet de uitkomsten om in officieel onderbouwde beschikkingen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is de geautomatiseerde gegevensuitwisseling via het Inlichtingenbureau (BIDN): je levert bestanden aan, verwerkt de retourstromen en pakt eventuele datastoringen of uitval in GOUW-IT direct op. Verder sta je burgers per mail of telefoon netjes te woord over de status van hun aanvraag en help je hen optioneel bij het voorbereiden van complexere ondernemersdossiers. Wie ben jij?
