Decontex is gespecialiseerd in het reinigen van brandweerkleding. Van ophalen tot retourneren: wij ontzorgen brandweerkorpsen en hulpverleningszones van A tot Z. Onze service en technologie omvat het professioneel reinigen volgens de geldende normeringen, een grondige controle op functionaliteit en eventueel herstellingen uitvoeren waar nodig. Dit doen we met de juiste technologie en processen, zodat de hulpverlener altijd kan vertrouwen op de zijn/haar uitrusting.

Om deze werking mee in goede banen te leiden, zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Backoffice Commercieel & Operationeel. Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je van structuur en krijg je energie van het ondersteunen van commerciële en operationele processen? Dan ben jij de backoffice medewerker die wij zoeken.

Als backoffice medewerker ben je de schakel tussen klanten, sales en de interne organisatie. Je zorgt ervoor dat commerciële en operationele processen vlot, correct en tijdig verlopen en ondersteunt zo het volledige team achter de schermen.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van orders, klantenvragen en contracten
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van klantendossiers
  • Coördineren van leveringen, transport en productieplanning in samenwerking met logistiek en operations
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten en interne afdelingen
  • Behandelen van klachten, afwijkingen en retouraanvragen
  • Ondersteunen van de kwaliteitscontrole en nemen van beslissingen in overleg met klant of QC-afdeling
  • Meedenken over optimalisatie van processen en werkmethodes
  • Bachelor opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ervaring in business, sales- of office management of aanverwant gebied.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar professionele ervaring (ervaring in textiel en/of PBM's of aanverwante industrie is een grote meerwaarde).
  • Nederlands spreek en schrijf je vlot, Engels beheers je goed en Frans is een extra troef.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
  • De mogelijkheid om prioriteiten te stellen en efficiënt te organiseren, gericht op zowel middellange termijndoelstellingen en korte termijn uitvoering.
  • Klantgericht, pro-actief, hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Geweldige computervaardigheden, inclusief praktische kennis van Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams) / agenda / CRM- tools.
