Als Service Adviseur Backoffice ben jij, samen met je 3 collega's van de backoffice, een belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden goed worden voorbereid, ingepland en administratief afgehandeld. Ondertussen houd je contact met de klant over de voortgang, stem je eventuele extra werkzaamheden af en zorg je ervoor dat jouw collega's in de werkplaats verder kunnen. Een veelzijdige functie voor iemand die graag regelt, vooruitdenkt en energie krijgt van een soepel lopend serviceproces. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene keer maak je een werkorder compleet en stem je werkzaamheden af met de werkplaats, het volgende moment bel je een klant over een diagnose of extra reparatie. Jij houdt daarbij het overzicht en zorgt dat afspraken duidelijk worden vastgelegd. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - het voorbereiden en aanmaken van werkorders en het bewaken van de werkplaatsplanning; - het inventariseren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden en het opstellen van prijsopgaven; - het informeren van klanten over de voortgang, diagnose, kosten en eventueel meerwerk; - het aanvragen van reparatieakkoorden bij bijvoorbeeld leasemaatschappijen; - het afstemmen met de Werkplaatschef/Voorman, het magazijn en andere collega's van de service afdeling; - het compleet maken en beheren van dossiers; - het tijdig en correct verzorgen van de facturatie; - het meedenken over verbeteringen in onze werkprocessen en dienstverlening.
