Wat ga je doen?

Als Medewerker Backoffice ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportefeuille. Je geeft informatie over producten en leveringen, verwerkt bestellingen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten op het juiste moment de juiste ondersteuning krijgen.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verwerkt vragen en bestellingen van klanten en stemt leveringen af met de klant en de transportafdeling.
  • Je bouwt een goede kennis op van je klanten, zodat je kunt inspelen op hun behoeften en hen proactief ondersteunt bij het beheren van hun orderboek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Sales Managers en communiceert regelmatig met het magazijn, Supply Chain en productieplanning om bestellingen en leveringen goed te laten verlopen.
  • Je coördineert verkopen van stockpartijen en zorgt voor een correcte administratie en opvolging.
  • Je ondersteunt de transportactiviteiten door transportopdrachten te regelen, de uitvoering op te volgen en transportanalyses en rapporten voor te bereiden.
  • Je berekent en beheert klantenkortingen en verkoopcommissies en zorgt ervoor dat de rapportering correct en tijdig gebeurt.
  • Je springt in als back-up voor documentatie rond douane en export.
  • Je werkt samen met je collega's en neemt waar nodig taken van hen over. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantenportefeuille, maar helpt het team wanneer een collega ondersteuning nodig heeft.

Wie ben jij?

Deze heb je:

  • Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs in een relevante richting.
  • Je kan je goed uitdrukken in Engels of Frans, Duits is een pluspunt
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten en collega's en denkt mee over oplossingen wanneer een vraag of probleem zich voordoet.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt zelf initiatief.
  • Je hebt een analytische aanpak en kunt verschillende administratieve en commerciële taken opvolgen.
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Microsoft Office.

  • Praktische ervaring binnen customer service.
  • Kennis van transportcoördinatie.
  • Ervaring met douaneprocedures en exportdocumentatie.
  • Kennis van commerciële administratie, zoals kortingen en commissies.
  • Ervaring met SAP
