The posting

Een melding over afval die nog niet is opgelost, een vraag van een inwoner of gegevens die niet kloppen. Jij zoekt uit wat er speelt en zorgt voor een oplossing. Als medewerker backoffice afvalservice bij gemeente Breda combineer je klantcontact met administratief werk. Je helpt inwoners en bedrijven verder en zorgt dat jouw collega's kunnen rekenen op de juiste informatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

• Je behandelt vragen en meldingen over afval die niet direct zijn opgelost. Je onderzoekt wat er speelt en regelt een passende oplossing. • Je overlegt met collega's van de afvalinzameling en andere afdelingen om problemen op te lossen. • Je houdt inwoners en bedrijven op de hoogte en geeft duidelijk aan wat zij kunnen verwachten. • Je verwerkt gegevens uit documenten, zoals weegbonnen, in digitale systemen. Ook ondersteun je andere afdelingen bij administratieve werkzaamheden als dat nodig is. • Je controleert of gegevens kloppen, merkt fouten op en zorgt dat deze worden opgelost. • Je helpt samen met collega's inwoners en zakelijke klanten aan de balie van Afvalservice. • Je denkt mee over hoe meldingen sneller kunnen worden opgelost en administratieve processen beter kunnen verlopen.

Je werkt 36 uur per week op kantoor in Breda. Je start op 16 november 2026 en werkt tot en met 15 mei 2027.

Functie-eisen: Jij houdt van uitzoeken, regelen en mensen helpen. Ook als een inwoner of klant ontevreden is, blijf je rustig en vriendelijk. Je luistert goed, stelt de juiste vragen en zoekt naar een oplossing. Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en weet wat voorrang heeft als het druk is. Met jouw nauwkeurige manier van werken zorg je dat de administratie klopt en meldingen goed worden afgehandeld.

Verder:

• Beschik je over minimaal mbo+ werk- en denkniveau. • Heb je ruime ervaring in een vergelijkbare klantgerichte of administratieve functie. • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. • Kun je goed werken met digitale systemen en leer je
