Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een office medewerker die van vele markten thuis is! In deze functie dien je stevig in jouw schoenen te staan. Je bent iemand die graag de mouwen opstroopt, blij wordt van samenwerken en nieuwe uitdagingen omarmt. Je komt te werken bij een bedrijf dat volop in beweging is, waar persoonlijke aandacht voorop staat. Je werkt met zowel collega's op kantoor als ook monteurs die in de buitendienst aan de slag zijn. Wat ga je allemaal doen? Heel veel verschillende taken, dat maakt het werk ook zo leuk, enkele worden hieronder genoemd: Planning; Marketing & Communicatie ondersteuning; HR ondersteuning; Post verwerken; Ondersteuning werkvoorbereiding; Offerte aanvragen in behandeling nemen en verwerken/ uitzetten. Boekhouding ondersteunen bij administratieve taken, kostenoverzichten en alle bijkomende taken. Deze functie is voor 24-32 uur per week in te vullen. Functie eisen Wat breng jij voor ervaring met je mee: • HBO/ MBO+; • 2/3 jaar werkervaring (in een soortgelijke functie); • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden; • Sociaal, enthousiast, en collegiaal; • Zelfstandig; • Out of the box; • Ervaring met MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
