Onze 50 adviseurs worden ondersteund door 6 collega's van de backoffice. Wegens groei zijn we op zoek naar een: medewerker backoffice 24-32 uur per week Wat houdt de baan in: Als medewerker backoffice ben jij de spil tussen klanten, adviseurs en Arbode. Je beantwoordt telefoontjes, stelt offertes op en volgt deze op. Na akkoord richt je projecten in en zorg je voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling. Bij opleidingen en cursussen regel je de locatie, docent, materialen, cursistengegevens en diploma's. Bij adviestrajecten verzorg je de verzending van rapportages. Daarnaast verwerk je urenstaten en lever je de gegevens aan voor een tijdige en correcte facturatie. Jouw uitdagingen als medewerker backoffice zijn: • Het bieden van uitstekende service aan klanten en collega's; • Het opstellen, opvolgen en verwerken van offertes en projecten; • Het organiseren en administratief ondersteunen van opleidingen en adviestrajecten; • Het verwerken van rapportages, cursistengegevens en diploma's; • Het verzorgen van een correcte projectadministratie en facturatie. Wat wij van je vragen: Jij kunt zelfstandig werken en moeiteloos schakelen tussen verschillende taken. Jij hebt een accurate manier van werken, hebt oog voor detail en kunt goed omgaan met druk.
