Wereldwijd hebben ze meer dan 500 kantoren en zijn ze meerdere malen uitgeroepen tot werkgever van het jaar. Op hun locatie in Amsterdam werken zo'n 150 medewerkers. Het is een modern kantoor met prachtig uitzicht over Amsterdam. Er heerst een informele sfeer, waar hard wordt gewerkt, maar waar zeker ook ruimte is voor gezelligheid! De locatie is zeer goed bereikbaar met het OV; parkeren is helaas niet mogelijk. Job description De afdeling waar je komt te werken bestaat uit zo'n 30 consultants, 4 team leads en een manager. Zij houden zich bezig met de waardering (taxeren) van uiteenlopende soorten vastgoed, zoals kantoren, winkels, hotels en woningen. De consultants worden ondersteund door jou en twee andere project assistenten. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat alles achter de schermen goed geregeld is en de consultants hun werk zo goed mogelijk kunnen doen. Het is een hecht, professioneel en gezellig team. Er wordt veel samengewerkt en er worden regelmatig leuke uitjes georganiseerd, zoals een BBQ, zomerborrel en boottocht. In deze functie ben jij degene die het overzicht houdt. Jij coördineert de voortgang van verschillende projecten (taxatieopdrachten) en zorgt ervoor dat de consultants zich kunnen focussen op de inhoud. Je bewaakt deadlines, structureert de werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alles digitaal correct wordt vastgelegd en beschikbaar is. Ontbreekt er iets of loopt een opdracht vertraging op? Dan trek jij aan de bel en zorg je dat er actie wordt ondernomen. Je bent betrokken bij verschillende onderdelen van het taxatieproces. Zo zet je opdrachten uit, vraag je informatie op bij bijvoorbeeld het Kadaster en stel je offertes en opdrachtbevestigingen op. Ook houd je het rapportageproces in de gaten, controleer je rapportages en onders...
