Zoek jij per direct een actieve kantoorbaan waarin je administratieve ondersteuning biedt aan de organisatie? Op de kantoorlocatie in Soesterberg hebben we voor de komende maanden een plek vrij voor een nauwkeurige medewerker backoffice voor 32 tot 38 uur per week. In de functie richt je je volledig op de verwerking van de administratieve stromen rondom openstaande posten. Je stelt zelfstandig mailings op naar debiteuren, registreert respons en verwerkt de statusupdate van dossiers in de systemen. Je hoeft geen rekenwonder te zijn, want de nadruk ligt op een accurate opvolging en een nette schriftelijke communicatie. Samen met een behulpzaam team zorg je voor een opgeruimde en up-to-date administratie! Jouw werkzaamheden als medewerker backoffice : In jouw rol als medewerker backoffice ben je gedurende de dag vooral bezig met een nauwkeurige schriftelijke opvolging. Je zorgt ervoor dat herinneringsmails tijdig naar klanten worden verstuurd en pakt via de inbox alle inkomende vragen over openstaande rekeningen direct op. Alle mutaties en gemaakte afspraken verwerk je vervolgens foutloos in het backofficesysteem. Wanneer een betaling uitblijft, bereid je de incasso voor en draag je het dossier over aan de externe partner. Tot slot zorg je voor het completeren en administratief archiveren van de afgeronde dossiers, zodat het systeem altijd up-to-date blijft. Wat wij bieden - Maandsalaris variërend van € 2.572,- tot € 3.674,- bruto (naar rato werkweek); - Een uitdagende tijdelijke opdracht voor de periode tot het einde van het jaar; - Mogelijkheid om snel vlieguren te maken op een professionele backoffice; - Goede bereikbaarheid in Soesterberg en een fijn team met behulpzame collega's.
