The posting

Voor een gekend warenhuis in Tienen is Konvert op zoek naar een Medewerker Bakkerij/Patissier. Het warenhuis heeft een bakkerij met eigen rijsovens, je zal dus mee verantwoordelijk zijn voor het bakken van het deeg.

Takenpakket:

  • Zorgt voor de orde en netheid en de schoonmaak van de bakkerij;
  • Schat doorheen de loop van de dag in of er nog bijkomende producten geproduceerd dienen te worden in functie van de verkoop;
  • Zorgt voor de opstart van de ovens en grills;
  • Zorgt voor het afbakken en de bereiding van de producten door de technische fiches te volgen;
  • Zorgt voor het inpakken en etiketteren van de producten;
  • Proactieve houding met focus op klantentevredenheid;
  • Beantwoordt vragen en klachten van klanten en biedt de nodige informatie mbt. producten, bereidingen etc.;
  • Begeleidt klanten naar de gevraagde producten;
  • Neemt bestellingen op van klanten in de winkel;
  • Staat in voor het beantwoorden van eventuele kasoproepen.
