Voor het Service Centrum BumaStemra en Sena zijn we per direct op zoek naar een medewerker Bankenadministratie voor 16 tot 24 uur per week. Verdeeld over 4 tot 5 ochtenden ga jij aan de slag op een kantoor direct naast Station Hoofddorp. Een ideale parttime functie in een informele, dynamische omgeving waar jouw precisie écht het verschil maakt! wat bieden wij jou - €3.400 - €4.500 obv 38 uur - Tijdelijke functie van minimaal 3 maanden - Reiskostenvergoeding - Kans op verlenging! - Goed bereikbaar met het OV - Kantoor in Hoofddorp wie ben jij - Afgeronde MBO-4 opleiding in een financiële richting; - Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een administratieve organisatie; - Goede kennis van MS Office, in het bijzonder Excel; - Flexibiliteit; er zullen tijdens de piekdrukte (met name in februari en maart) soms extra uren gemaakt moet worden; - Iemand die plezier haalt uit het zo goed mogelijk uitoefenen van veelal repeterende werkzaamheden; - Ervaring met Microsoft Navision/Business Central is een pré; - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. wat ga je doen - Verwerken en afletteren van de bankenadministratie; - Beheren en verwerken van de crediteurenadministratie; - Bijhouden en afhandelen van de diverse e-mailboxen van de afdeling; - Uitvoeren van bijbehorende repeterende en ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden binnen het Finance-team. waar ga je werken Bij het Service Centrum BumaStemra en Sena werk je achter de schermen van de Nederlandse muziek...
