Medewerker Banqueting & Events Wassenaar Beroepsmatig F&B 24 - 40 uur €2.500 - €2.600 1 Functieomschrijving Met 14 moderne zalen is Van der Valk Hotel Den-Wassenaar Haag dé locatie voor zakelijke meetings, trainingen en bijeenkomsten. Op de Banqueting ligt de nadruk op het verzorgen van vergaderingen die veelal overdag plaatsvinden. Houd jij van rust en krijg je energie van het in de watten leggen van onze gasten, dan ben jij de Medewerker Banqueting en Events die we zoeken! Welke uitdagingen liggen er voor je klaar? - De aanvragen voor onze zalen worden verzorgd door de salesafdeling. Op de dag zelf ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de meetings én de beleving van onze gasten. - Je start de dag met het gereedmaken van de zalen: alles staat klaar, maar jij zorgt dat het klopt tot in de puntjes. Denk aan perfect verzorgde koffiemomenten, nette presentaties en een ruimte die direct een professionele en warme indruk geeft. - Gedurende de dag ben jij het gezicht van de banqueting. Je verwelkomt gasten, speelt in op hun wensen en zorgt dat het hen aan niets ontbreekt. Je verzorgt de koffiemomenten en meeting breaks en voelt goed aan wanneer gasten nét dat beetje extra aandacht nodig hebben. - Je houdt overzicht over meerdere zalen tegelijk en zorgt dat alles op het juiste moment klaarstaat. Ondertussen blijf je scherp op details: is alles aangevuld, ziet het er verzorgd uit en kunnen gasten ongestoord hun meeting volgen? - Tussendoor en na afloop van de meetings zorg je ervoor dat de zalen weer netjes en representatief zijn voor de volgende groep. - Binnen deze functie werk je voornamelijk dagdiensten en ligt de focus op zakelijke bijeenkomsten.
