Je draait mee in ons restaurant en leert alles over gastvrijheid, service en het werken in een professioneel hotel. Samen met je collega's zorg je iedere dag voor een fijne ervaring voor onze gasten. Een stage vol afwisseling In de bediening is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt tijdens het ontbijt, de lunch en het diner, maar kunt ook helpen bij buffetten, borrels en evenementen. Je leert het vak vooral door het in de praktijk te doen. Je krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid naarmate je groeit in je rol. Wat ga je doen? Als Stagiair(e) Medewerker Bediening houd je je onder andere bezig met: - Gasten hartelijk ontvangen en naar hun tafel begeleiden - Opnemen van bestellingen - Serveren van gerechten en dranken - Tafels netjes en verzorgd klaarmaken - Afruimen en opnieuw indekken van tafels - Gasten informeren over gerechten, dranken en het restaurant - Inspelen op vragen en wensen van gasten - Zorgen voor een gastvrije en persoonlijke service - Meewerken tijdens ontbijt, lunch en diner - Ondersteunen bij buffetten, borrels en evenementen - Samenwerken met collega's van de bediening, keuken en andere afdelingen Wie ben jij?
