Hiervoor kun je mailen naar: [email protected] Shiftleader Bediening(28-32 uur) Voor onze twee restaurants Scheldebrasserie de Landing en Eeterij Scheldo's zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste Shiftleader Bediening. Iemand die het leuk vindt om actief mee te werken op de vloer, maar ook graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Beide restaurants maken onderdeel uit van Camping Scheldeoord in Baarland. Eeterij ligt op de camping zelf en ontvangt vooral campinggasten en gezinnen. Scheldebrasserie de Landing ligt op een unieke locatie aan de Westerschelde en trekt veel fietsers en wandelaars, toeristische gasten én vaste bezoekers uit de omliggende dorpen Wat ga je doen? Als shiftleader ben je een belangrijke schakel in ons team. Je combineert werken in de bediening met een leidinggevende rol. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Meewerken in de bediening - Aansturen van het team tijdens je shift - Openen en sluiten van de zaak - Meedenken over roosters en planning - Nieuwe collega's inwerken - Zorgen dat alles soepel en gastvrij verloopt - Je hebt ervaring in de horeca (bediening) - Je bent zelfstandig en verantwoordelijk - Je vindt het leuk om collega's aan te sturen - Je bent stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht - Je hebt een gastvrije, positieve houding Ook als je nog niet alle ervaring hebt, maar wel ambitie en motivatie, nodigen we je uit om te reageren.
