Hier zorg je samen met je team voor momenten waar gasten nog lang over napraten. Van een zonnige lunch op het terras tot een bruiloft of groot feest in onze banqueting - geen dag is hetzelfde, maar de sfeer is altijd goed. Als ervaren horecamedewerker weet jij precies at er nodig is om gasten een fijne tijd te bezorgen. Je hebt overzicht, werkt gestructureerd en voelt feilloos aan wat iemand nodig heeft. Of je nu een wijk draai, een bruiloft begeleidt of de zaak opent of afsluit - jij staat stevig in je schoenen. Je ontvangt gasten met een glimlach, neemt ze mee in de Moeke-beleving en zorgt dat alles klopt. Van het eerste drankje tot het laatste rondje. En ja, die vaste gasten? Die herkennen jou meteen. En andersom ook ;) Ondertussen werk je samen met een hecht team. Je helpt collega's beter te worden, houdt het overzicht op drukke momenten en zorgt samen dat de zaak er altijd netjes en verzorgd bij staat. En onder de streep - Krijg jij natuurlijk geld! Werk je op flexibele basis krijg jij dit wekelijks uitbetaald. Bij vaste uren krijg je dit netjes iedere 25e uitbetaald. - Kun jij jouw voorkeur voor werkdagen aangeven. Een vast rooster of iedere week verschillend.
