Mensen verrassen en verwennen, dat is wat we bij 't Zusje het liefste doen. Jij wordt als medewerker bediening, net als wij, blij van lachende gezichten, vrolijke stemmen en het anderen naar hun zin maken. Een tapasstrook in de houder, het servet op tafel of een leeg glas: jij weet precies wanneer jouw gasten aandacht nodig hebben. En vaak ben je ze zelfs nog voor. Jij bent de tafeldame of -heer die jouw gasten bourgondisch laat genieten van 't Zusje. Sterker nog, de beleving van 't Zusje heeft een gezicht, en dat ben jij! Je zorgt dus dat de bestellingen worden opgenomen van jouw gasten en bewaakt dat iedereen op tijd wordt voorzien van gerechtjes en drankjes. En natuurlijk zorg je voor een lach op het gezicht van je gasten! Hoe ga je dit aanpakken? Met jouw gezellige en eigenzinnige overkomen pak jij je gasten helemaal in. Door te luisteren en alert te zijn voel je feilloos aan waar het gezelschap behoefte aan heeft: Een praatje, een grapje of juist wat privacy. Als medewerker bediening schakel je regelmatig met de floormanager en de runners om te zorgen dat alles succesvol verloopt. Jij brengt mee - Je gezellige zelf natuurlijk!
