Als medewerker bediening bij Hemel & Aarde in Utrecht bezorg je (van woensdag t/m zondag) onze gasten een verfijnde en persoonlijke service in een bekroond restaurant. Werk met een topteam, leer van de beste en maak elke gastbeleving onvergetelijk.

Jouw werkplek

Je komt te werken bij Restaurant Hemel & Aarde, een gastronomisch restaurant in Utrecht, gevestigd in het monumentale Polman’s Huis onder hetzelfde dak als boutiquehotel the Nox. Er wordt vanuit de keuken gewerkt met wat de aarde en de daarbij behorende seizoenen op dit moment te bieden hebben. Met veel aandacht voor groenten, fermentatie en pure smaken en structuren. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met zowel de fiets als het ov; met bushalte Janskerkhof op drie minuten loopafstand. Parkeren is mogelijk in de nabijgelegen parkeergarages in het centrum. Hemel & Aarde is onderdeel van Vermaat en staat bekend om zijn menu dat meebeweegt met de aarde en de bijpassende, met zorg uitgekozen, wijnen vanuit de naastgelegen Hemel & Aarde Wijnbar. Naast lunch en diner bieden we ruimte voor private dining en verzorgen we het ontbijt voor hotelgasten van the Nox. Je komt te werken in een toegewijd en hecht team dat zich samen inzet voor een onvergetelijke culinaire ervaring voor de gast. Jouw functie

Als medewerker bediening bij Hemel & Aarde, Utrecht ben jij het gezicht van het restaurant en draag je dagelijks bij aan een hoogwaardige gastbeleving in een high-end omgeving. Met jouw servicegerichte houding en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat gasten zich welkom voelen en graag terugkomen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s in bediening, keuken en bar om iedere service soepel te laten verlopen. Als medewerker bediening: - Neem je bestellingen op en serveer je nauwkeurig en met aandacht; - Adviseer je gasten over het menu en bijpassende dranken; - Bewaak je de sfeer, uitstraling en presentatie op de werkvloer; - Ondersteun je bij de voorbereidingen voor lunch en diner; - Werk je nauw samen met de keuken
