Bij RCN de Jagerstee in Epe werk je in een goedlopende horecazaak waar elke werkdag voelt als een beetje vakantie. - Wat ga je doen? - Wie zijn wij? - Wat vragen wij? - Wat bieden wij jou? Wat ga je doen? In de horeca is elke dag anders. Als medewerker bediening ben je meer dan alleen bediening. Je bent ook barista, verkoopmedewerker en gastheer of gastvrouw. Je werkzaamheden hangen af van de drukte en van je dienst. De ene dag begin je met een opstartlijst en open je samen met collega's de horecagelegenheden op het park. Op andere momenten stap je midden in de lunchdrukte binnen en ga je direct aan de slag. Je werkzaamheden kunnen bijvoorbeeld zijn: - Bestellingen opnemen van gasten. - Drankjes maken achter de bar. - Gerechten uitserveren. - Afwassen en zorgen dat alles netjes blijft. - Gasten welkom laten voelen en zorgen voor een fijne sfeer. Ondanks dat je taken variëren, is er altijd een duidelijke rode lijn in je werk. Samen met je collega's zorg je voor een fijne horeca ervaring voor alle gasten. Wie zijn wij? Centraal op het park vind je Brasserie de Jagerstee met een bijbehorende snackbar. Dit is een goedlopende horecazaak die het hele jaar open is. Hier komen zowel vakantiegangers als mensen uit de omgeving voor lunch, diner of een borrel. De horeca op het park blijft groeien. In 2026 openen we bijvoorbeeld onze Funbowling en worden de keuken en bar volledig vernieuwd. Dat betekent dat er veel kansen zijn om mee te groeien en nieuwe dingen te leren.
