Als Medewerker Bediening/Sales ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen de eventorganisatie van VONK. Je bent betrokken vanaf het eerste contact met de klant tot en met de uitvoering van het event. Je beheert de reserveringen, mailbox, denkt mee over de wensen van de klant en weet deze te vertalen naar passende arrangementen en mogelijkheden. Daarbij heb je een commerciële drive: je ziet kansen, speelt hierop in en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen daadwerkelijk worden omgezet in mooie events. Op de dagen dat er events plaatsvinden, ben je ook operationeel aanwezig. Je draait mee tijdens de evenementen, houdt het overzicht en springt waar nodig bij in de bediening. Zo combineer je commercie, organisatie en horeca in één afwisselende functie. Dit betekent concreet: - Beheren en opvolgen van de reserveringsmailbox en het onderhouden van contact met klanten - Adviseren van klanten en actief verkopen van events, arrangementen en aanvullende mogelijkheden - Zorgdragen voor een goede voorbereiding en afhandeling van reserveringen - Meedraaien tijdens events en zorgen dat alles op locatie soepel verloopt - Waar no...
