Dienstverband: Stagiaire (BOL) Stagevergoeding: €600 bruto per maand, op basis van 5 dagen per week Mét huisvesting: €200 bruto per maand, op basis van 5 dagen per week, inclusief maaltijden (ontbijt en één warme maaltijd per dag)DE STAGEAls stagiair bediening werk je mee op de vloer van Brasserie Harry's, een van de toonaangevende adressen van Maastricht. Je leert het vak in de praktijk: van het ontvangen en adviseren van gasten tot het serveren van gerechten en dranken in een volle, levendige zaak. Je begint met meekijken en bouwt stap voor stap aan meer zelfstandigheid.Je werkt samen met collega's die hun vak verstaan en die je graag op weg helpen. Vragen stellen wordt aangemoedigd, en je krijgt de ruimte om dingen zelf uit te proberen.Achter de historische gevels aan de Wycker Brugstraat draait al meer dan honderd jaar een familiebedrijf dat tot de absolute top van Nederland behoort. Hier leer je gastvrijheid op het hoogste niveau, een ervaring die je de rest van je carrière meeneemt.Bij een succesvolle afronding van je stage ligt er een contract op je te wachten, eventueel in combinatie met je verdere studie.HARRY'SHarry's is een levendige brasserie in Wyck, Maastricht, met een grootstedelijke uitstraling, een ruime open keuken en een bruisende bar in het hart van de zaak. Wij zijn zeven dagen per week geopend voor ontbijt, lunch en diner, en op zondag voor brunch. Op de kaart staan tijdloze brasseriegerechten en klassiekers, geïnspireerd op de Franse en mediterrane keuken. Wijn staat bij Harry's centraal, met een uitgebreide wijnkaart, veel keuze per glas en bijzondere flessen voor iedere gelegenheid. Geen beschikbaarheid online? Loop gerust binnen. In het bargedeelte werken we zonder reserveringen en kun je gewoon plaatsnemen aan een tafeltje of aan de bar.
