Je bent nauwkeurig, analytisch en werkt gestructureerd. Je hebt affiniteit met met vastgoed, onderhoud én installatietechniek Je beschikt over HBO werk- en denkniveau in een relevante richting zoals bouwkunde of vastgoedbeheer. Het is een pré als je een maatschappelijk hart hebt en je vindt het leuk om bij een kleine organisatie te werken waar de lijntjes kort zijn. Rondom Wonen wil meer mensen passend huisvesten. We verhuren ruim 60% van alle betaalbare huurwoningen in de gemeente Pijnacker-Nootdorp. De komende jaren willen we door nieuwbouw ons bezit uitbreiden van ruim 2.600 tot ca. 3.000 woningen in de kernen Pijnacker, Nootdorp en Delfgauw. Een pre-employment screening is in de wervingsprocedure opgenomen. Als medewerker Bedrijfsbureau bij Rondom Wonen ben jij de verbindende schakel binnen de afdeling Vastgoed. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en collega's van Dagelijks Onderhoud en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen op rolletjes loopt. Jij bent degene die structuur aanbrengt in werkprocessen, overzicht houdt in de planning en altijd zicht heeft op de voortgang van projecten. Je zorgt voor heldere en tijdige communicatie met bewoners. Op basis van input van collega's stel je brieven en berichten op die bijdragen aan begrip en vertrouwen. Wanneer er klachten zijn over complexe technische of juridische kwesties, weet jij deze zorgvuldig te coördineren, zodat bewoners zich gehoord en geholpen voelen. Jaarlijks organiseer je de conditiemeting van onze woningen en verwerk je de resultaten nauwkeurig in het Meerjaren OnderhoudsBegroting (MJOB).
