In deze veelzijdige rol als Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Je houdt je bezig met orderverwerking, planning, calculaties en levertijden binnen een dynamische hightech omgeving. Ons aanbod - Een salaris van € 3.500,- t/m € 4.700,- bruto op fulltime basis; - 25 vakantiedagen en 13 atv-dagen; - 8.33% vakantiegeld; - 9% winstuitkering aan het einde van het jaar; - Reiskostenvergoeding van 0,23 cent per kilometer; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de functie en de organisatie; - Mogelijkheid om gebnruik te maken van het fietsplan; - Werken in een leuke, groeiende en informele organisatie. Wat ga je doen als Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau? - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor B2B-klanten; - Coördineren en begeleiden van klantorders van aanvraag tot levering; - Opstellen van offertes, calculaties en prijsdoorberekeningen op basis van leveranciersoffertes en commerciële afspraken; - Bewaken van planningen, prioriteiten en leverbetrouwbaarheid binnen een dynamische productieomgeving; - Intensief schakelen met klanten, leveranciers en interne afdelingen. Wat zijn jouw kwaliteiten? - Minimaal mbo-4 werk en denkniveau; - Werkervaring in een productie of maakbedrijf; - Kennis van de B2B markt in een productie omgeving; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
