Hoe ziet je dag eruit? Als Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau zorg jij er samen met je collega's voor dat onze logistieke processen administratief op rolletjes lopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment plan je orders en leveranciers, het volgende moment zoek je een voorraadverschil uit of staat er een chauffeur aan de balie. Je start je dag samen met je collega's op het Bedrijfsbureau en bekijkt wat er die dag op de planning staat. Welke orders moeten worden verwerkt? Welke leveranciers verwachten we? Zijn er bijzonderheden in de goederenstroom? Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie klopt. Je plant orders en leveranciers, verwerkt voorraadcorrecties en maakt transportopdrachten en vrachtbrieven. Ondertussen houd je verschillende mailboxen in de gaten en beantwoord je vragen vanuit onder andere onze winkels, Customer Service, Supply Chain en Inkoop. Ook leveranciers en chauffeurs weten jou te vinden. Je hebt telefonisch en per mail contact met leveranciers en ontvangt chauffeurs aan de balie. Daarnaast maak je rapportages in Excel waarmee je inzicht geeft in de logistieke processen. Jij zorgt o.a. voor: - Het plannen en administratief verwerken van orders en leveringen; - Het inplannen en onderhouden van contact met leveranciers over de vrachten; - Het verwerken en controleren van voorraadcorrecties; - Het opstellen van transportopdrachten en vrachtbrieven; - Het ontvangen en verder helpen van chauffeurs aan de balie; - Het beantwoorden en uitzoeken van vragen vanuit onder andere winkels, Customer Service, S...
