Wat ga je doen? Als Administratief Medewerker Logistiek ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen de productievloer en het kantoor. Je ondersteunt verschillende afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat informatie, materialen en administratieve processen goed op elkaar aansluiten. In deze veelzijdige functie zorg jij ervoor dat processen soepel verlopen. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurigheid, organisatietalent en proactieve instelling blijft de administratie op orde en weten collega's precies waar ze aan toe zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Je verwerkt productiegegevens in SAP en houdt de administratie up-to-date - Je ondersteunt bij inkoop en zorgt dat bestellingen soepel verlopen - Je houdt overzicht op voorraden en materialen en signaleert tijdig tekorten - Je controleert facturen en koppelt deze aan de juiste orders - Je ontvangt chauffeurs en zorgt voor een soepel verloop van laad- en losmomenten - Je schakelt met werkvoorbereiding over grondstoffen, materialen en productieplanning - Je verwerkt ontvangen goederen en laadbonnen nauwkeurig in het systeem

Kortom, een afwisselende functie waarin administratie, logistiek, productie en communicatie samenkomen. Het gaat om een functie voor 32 uur (4 dagen) per week. Je werkt tijdens kantoortijden en bent op locatie aanwezig.

Wat bieden wij? - Een salaris tussen € 2.940 en € 3.757 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur) - Een extra ADV-toeslag van 4,72% - Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per km - Een eindejaarsuitkering van 3,5% - 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantiegeld
