Vakmanschap, 'gewoon doen' vanuit passie en plezier is daarbij onze grondhouding. Bij Talent zijn we op zoek naar een Medewerker Bereikbaarheidsdienst & Ambulant Begeleider C. In deze combinatiefunctie vervul je een afwisselende rol waarin je buiten kantooruren het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor begeleiders en Talenten, én overdag ambulante begeleiding biedt aan Talenten in de regio Maastricht. Als Medewerker Bereikbaarheidsdienst zorg je ervoor dat begeleiding, advies en ondersteuning altijd beschikbaar zijn, ook in uitdagende en onvoorziene complexe situaties. Ben jij daadkrachtig en heb je een oplossingsgerichte visie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou. Daarnaast werk je als Ambulant Begeleider C oplossingsgericht en kijk je vooral naar wat wél mogelijk is. Je ondersteunt onze Talenten in hun thuissituatie en helpt hen om sterker, zelfstandiger en met meer vertrouwen in het leven te staan. Je werkt coachend en praktisch: samen met het Talent en het netwerk ga je actief aan de slag met hulpvragen op verschillende leefgebieden. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je speelt continu in op wat er nodig is. Medewerker Bereikbaarheidsdienst - Je bent buiten kantooruren bereikbaar voor telefonisch overleg, advies en indien nodig inzet ter plaatse. - Je ondersteunt begeleiders, Talenten met een VPT-pakket en cliënten en/of medewerkers van organisaties die de bereikbaarheidsdienst bij Talent inkopen. - Doordeweeks ben je op wisselende dagen aanwezig op verschillende locaties tussen 17.00 en 22.00 uur; daarna blijf je telefonisch bereikbaar tot 09.00 uur de vo...
