Voor een technisch installatiebedrijf in de regio Woerden zoeken wij een praktijkgerichte en communicatieve Medewerker Bestel en Logistiek Centrum. Zoek jij een werkplek waar je jouw kennis van technische materialen direct inzet om monteurs optimaal te ondersteunen? Dan is deze uitdaging in het magazijn jou op het lijf geschreven! In deze functie zorg je er zelfstandig voor dat de monteurs dagelijks over de juiste materialen beschikken, zodat hun werkzaamheden op locatie zonder vertraging doorlopen. - Je bestelt, ontvangt, controleert en registreert binnenkomende en uitgaande technische goederen, gereedschappen en materialen. - Je onderhoudt telefonisch contact met leveranciers en monteurs om technische vragen te beantwoorden en product specificaties af te stemmen. - Je denkt mee met de behoefte van monteurs op de bouw en bereidt bestellingen zo voor dat zij op de werkvloer direct aan de slag kunnen. - Je bent scherp op het bewaken van kosten, materiaalprijzen en de kwaliteit van het opgeslagen materieel. - Je verwerkt de administratie nauwkeurig in het ERP-systeem, beheert de magazijnvoorraad en handelt retourstromen af. Onze opdrachtgever ontwerpt, monteert en onderhoudt technische installaties voor diverse projecten. Het magazijn vormt het centrale uitgiftepunt waar de voorraad, het gereedschap en de materialen nauwkeurig worden beheerd voor de buiten- en binnendienst.

Om deze rol zelfstandig en vlot op te pakken, herken jij jezelf in de volgende punten: - Je bent woonachtig in de directe omgeving van Woerden. - Je hebt uitstekende kennis van en affiniteit met technische materialen, zoals kabels, schakelaars en installatiemateriaal. - Je beschikt over een goed inzicht in materiaalkosten en begrijpt de economische waarde van tijd en efficiëntie op projecten. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed in woord en geschrift voor heldere communicatie met collega's en leveranciers. - Je beschikt over vmbo werk- en denkniveau, eventueel aangevuld met logistieke of technische werkervaring. - Je bent digitaal vaardig (voorraadsystemen/ERP) en bent bereid te werken in dagdiensten tussen 05:30 en 17:00 uur. - Je bent 32 tot 40 uur beschikbaar per week, samen met je team plan je de werktijden.
