Wat bieden wij jou - € 2875 - € 4065 bruto o.b.v 36 uur en ervaring - Opdracht van 1 december 2026 t/m 12 april 2027 - 28 uur per week - Werken voor de gemeente via Tempo Team! - Uitdagende functie - Mooie ervaring op jouw CV!

Wie ben jij Jij bent een proactieve, zakelijke en discrete ondersteuner die van nature rust uitstraalt. Je bent communicatief sterk, tactvol, professioneel én beschikt over een gezonde dosis humor. Je bent omgevingsbewust en weet wat er speelt binnen de gemeente Tubbergen.

Daarnaast breng je mee:

- Werk- en denkniveau: Mbo (niveau 4) werk- en denkniveau. - Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring als directiesecretaresse of managementassistent, bij voorkeur in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving. - Beschikbaarheid: Je bent beschikbaar voor 28 uur per week. Het is belangrijk dat je in ieder geval op vrijdag werkt (overige voorkeursdagen: maandag, dinsdag en donderdag). - Digitale vaardigheden: Goede kennis van Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel en PowerPoint). Kennis van een zaaksysteem is een mooie pré! - Talen: Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.

Wat ga je doen Als secretaresse van de gemeentesecretaris en het college ben jij de onmisbare schakel en de rechterhand van het bestuur. Jij zorgt dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken vlekkeloos, efficiënt en zorgvuldig verloopt. Dankzij jouw scherpe oog voor detail en jouw gevoel voor bestuurlijke verhoudingen loopt alles op rolletjes!
