Brink's Cash Management (NL) B.V. is op zoek naar een Medewerker Betalingsverkeer! - Fulltime - HBO - € 2813 - € 4242 per maand Wat ga je doen? Als Medewerker Betalingsverkeer maak je deel uit van het Payments Operations team, dat verantwoordelijk is voor de financiële afwikkeling van het betalingsverkeer met klanten én de interne geldstromen binnen Brink's. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle transacties correct, volledig en tijdig worden verwerkt. In jouw rol ben je dagelijks bezig met het verwerken van betalingen en incasso's, het beheren van bankrekeningen en het uitvoeren van reconciliaties. Je houdt toezicht op het cashbeheer in onze telcentrales en bewaakt de werking van geldmachines en voorraden. Ook zorg je voor een juiste verwerking van financiële gegevens voor de boekhouding en rapportages, en werk je mee aan maand-, halfjaar- en jaarafsluitingen. Daarbij signaleer je afwijkingen en verbeterpunten, die je niet alleen bespreekbaar maakt maar waar je ook actief oplossingen voor aandraagt. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - betalingen en incasso's correct en tijdig verwerkt; - bankrekeningen en transacties beheert en opvolgt; - reconciliaties uitvoert en cashvoorraden en geldmachines bewaakt; - financiële gegevens verwerkt voor de boekhouding en rapportages; - bijdraagt aan maand-, halfjaar- en jaarafsluitingen; - afwijkingen signaleert en verbeteringen initieert. Je doorgrondt afwijkingen moeiteloos en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten. Daarbij werk je nauwkeurig en zorgvuldig, met oog voor detail en integriteit.
