Hiertoe behoort ook ons eigen beveiligingsbedrijf. Het team Beveiliging is het hart van de organisatie als het gaat om veiligheid. Je komt terecht in een divers team van jong en oud, waar de passie voor beveiliging de basis is. Als beveiliger heb je een gevarieerd takenpakket. Zo verwelkom je patiënten, medewerkers en bezoekers, geef je hen informatie of verwijst hen door. In onze meldkamer Beveiliging beantwoordt je binnenkomend telefoonverkeer en verbindt je mensen door. Ook meldingen die binnenkomen (alarm/nood, brand, inbraak, toegangscontrole en storingen) neem jij aan: je beoordeelt/prioriteert ze en zorgt voor opvolging en rapportage. Zijn er storingen in systemen van de meldkamer dan signaleer je dit en verhelp en/of meld je de storing. Ook surveilleer je actief in de gebouwen-, terreinen en afdelingen van Mondriaan en ben je zichtbaar aanwezig en beschikbaar voor medewerkers, patiënten en bezoekers. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor het oproepen van het BHV- en persoons-beveiligingsteam, (leden van) het calamiteitenteam, hulpdiensten e.d. Je assisteert bij een persoonsalarm en bent Ploegleider BHV. Je voert ook controle-, brand- en sluitingsrondes uit en door middel van camerabewaking houd je toezicht op toegangswegen, openbare ruimtes en reageer je actief bij verdachte situaties. Je bent attent op naleving van onze huisregels door patiënten, medewerkers en bezoekers en spreekt hen hier op aan. Ook ondersteun je bij patiëntgesprekken en escalaties. Je hebt oog voor verbeterpunten in werkwijzen, instructies of procedures en rapporteert dit. Ons team Beveiliging...
